1. OUR SERVICES

My Therapy Method provides professional sports massage, postural resets, and physical injury rehabilitation services at our clinic in Muswell Hill, North London. By booking an appointment with us online or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to protect our practitioners' schedule and ensure other clients in pain can access open slots.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your session will incur no penalty.

• Cancellations, no-shows, or late reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged at 100% of the full session fee.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & HEALTH DISCLOSURES

It is your responsibility to provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information regarding your physical health, medical history, and injuries via our digital intake forms before treatment begins. My Therapy Method cannot be held liable for injuries or adverse reactions resulting from withheld medical information.

4. PAYMENTS

All online bookings require full payment via our integrated payment gateway (Stripe) to reserve your appointment window.
