• To safely deliver personalised sports therapy, massage, and injury rehabilitation treatments (Performance of a Contract / Explicit Consent for Special Category Data).

• To send you automated appointment confirmations, reminders, and professional progress check-ins via our scheduling platform.

4. DATA RETENTION

By law, as healthcare/therapy providers, we are required to retain your clinical and health records for a minimum period of 8 years following your last treatment, after which they will be securely destroyed.
